Your profile

Extensive professional experience in software development with a focus on modern technologies and architectural approaches

Strong expertise in C# (Backend) and Angular (Frontend)

Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)

In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with CI/CD, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices

Independent, structured working style and strong IT affinity

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Your mission

Independent implementation of complex development projects and user stories

Provide technical support for design and architecture in collaboration with the team and the Technical Lead

Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through unit testing

Support project planning and maintain close communication with the Product Triad (UX, Product Manager, Technical Lead) and other stakeholders

Mentor and coach software engineers

Analyze and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle

Prepare technical documentation and design specifications

Methodologies: Scrum, Scaled Agile, Pair Programming

Quality Management: TDD, DDD, Clean Code, Unit Testing, Test Automation, Acceptance Testing

Application process

Digital Get-to-know: In a 20-minute conversation with our recruiter, we'll discuss mutual expectations.

Digital Interview: Next, you'll meet our Director of Engineering and dive deeper into technical topics and the role itself.

On-site Interview & Team Introduction: You'll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, where we'll conduct a technical deep dive based on an example together with one of our team members. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to gain more insights into our work environment and meet more colleagues.
