HR & Payroll Officer – Historic Fiduciary, Additional Days Off

We are delighted to support a well-established fiduciary firm located in the heart of Luxembourg City. This historic firm operates from a beautifully restored master house, providing accountants, tax specialists, and compliance officers with a spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable work environment.

Founded over 40 years ago, this fiduciary firm has built a strong reputation, working with prestigious international clients as well as local businesses, mainly in the commercial sector.

Today, the firm consists of a team of more than 30 professionals, and a new opportunity has arisen within the HR team. This role offers the chance to manage payroll while gradually transitioning into a broader HR function, acting as a key link between management and employees.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Service Provider – Fiduciaire – Secrétariat Social

  • Collaborate with another payroll specialist to process several hundred monthly salary slips.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees during evaluations, relaying feedback from managers and directors.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients, ensuring their payroll processing needs are met efficiently.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment process , posting job advertisements on LinkedIn, reviewing CVs, and organizing interviews.
  • Mediate and address internal conflicts by maintaining open communication with colleagues.

Profile and Career Path | Payroll Officer – Accounting – Fiduciary

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a payroll specialist in a fiduciary firm in Luxembourg. More extensive experience (5 or 10 years) is also highly valued.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish would be a plus.
  • A dynamic and proactive personality with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience managing a similar client base.
  • Strong organizational skills , allowing you to effectively manage your workload and responsibilities.
