Manage and drive the performance of our OEM Partnership Team to maximize profitable growth.
Deliver annual growth targets, MP overall contribution objectives.
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, marketers, and management roles who are accountable for the partnership experience associated with this segment.
Assist with complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support manufacturer supply chain partners.
Use a strong analytical foundation to uncover fresh and innovative insights that identify business opportunities.
Identify new OEM Partnerships to support sustained growth.
Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels to achieve sales objectives within assigned OEM partners.
Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of OEM needs, industry trends and competition.
Build and implement integrated marketing and e-Commerce strategy to support the OEM Manufactures.
Cultivate and establish a network of influential contacts with Sr. level executives and decision makers.
Fully own key performance indicators (KPI’s), P&L, budget and forecasting for OEM products segment.
Work collaboratively with other areas of the business to achieve company goals.
