Location : 📍 Munich, Germany

Work Model : 🏡 Hybrid (2-3 days home office per week)

Responsibilities

B2B Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute communication strategies targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to increase B2B-driven prescriptions.

Content & Materials Development

  • Create and manage marketing materials, websites, and CRM tools.
  • Test innovative approaches through pilot projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Tech, and Clinical Studies teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
  • Requirements

  • Must-Have :
  • Proven experience marketing healthcare services / products to HCPs.
  • Proficiency in developing materials, website management, and CRM tools.
  • Strong skills in managing and communicating complex topics clearly.
  • Academic degree with above-average grades.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with exploratory pilot projects or innovative campaigns.
  • Languages :

  • German : Native or equivalent (C2).
  • English : Professional proficiency (C1).
