Technical Sales Engineer

As a technical Sales engineer, you will ensure that our customers receive optimally tailor-made products and comprehensive after-sales service. The Technical Sales Engineer provides technical support to our customers and is considered an important position in the company.

Your responsibilities will include :

Technical support for internal and external customers regarding the quality and performance of our specialty papers

Technical support for the development of new paper grades

Development and implementation of solutions for LENK's entry into the COATED PAPER market

Designing, calculating and implementing product strategies

Evaluate the market potential of the product and competitor products

Create budgets and monitor controlling

Conduct negotiations with business partners and suppliers

Check substitution suppliers for existing products

Close exchange and cooperation with all department heads and sales agents

Your profile :

You are a trained papermaker or paper engineer or comparable training / experience with sales orientation

Broad and practical knowledge in coatings and chemicals used by the paper industry

Experience in developing coated paper solutions is desirable

High level of customer service, communication skills, confident appearance

Committed and resilient personality, independent and self-reliant way of working, team player

Proficient in German and English
