With a focus on continual growth and innovation, they are actively promoting environmental protection and sustainability across various industries.
Responsibilities : Manage accounting processes in accordance with local Romanian GAAP. Prepare reports in both local GAAP and IFRS using a group-wide reporting tool.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist tax consultants in setting up local tax assessments.
Organize and supervise stock take related to financial processes. Define targets for the development of accounting, controlling, and ERP software.
Drive the digitalization of financial processes. Verify and support costing processes to establish standard costs for products.
Support budgeting processes. Collaborate with local and international auditors. Profile : Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting / financial sciences or certified financial accountant.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting for manufacturing companies in Romania. Experience as a team leader in accounting or similar finance functions.
Experience in controlling and basic knowledge of IFRS. Track record of development in the finance area of mid-sized international groups.
Experience with ERP systems and international reporting systems. Strong communicator. Native Romanian or Hungarian and strong English skills.
