Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vermittlung von Wohnungen an Austauschstudierende, WHU-Studierende und Mitarbeitende
  • Abwicklung des gesamten Wohnungsbewerbungsprozesses für unsere Wohnheime bis zum Einzug
  • Ansprechpartner in Housing-Fragen während der Mietzeit
  • Organisatorische Abwicklung des Auszugs inkl. Kautionsbearbeitung
  • Kontrolle der Mietzahlungen sowie Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Rechnungen für Reparaturen und Reinigung
  • Einstellen von privaten Wohnungsangeboten in der Wohnungsbörse
  • Akquisition, Planung, Besichtigung neuer Wohnungen
  • Begleitung der Prozessdigitalisierung
  • Administrative Vertretungstätigkeiten im Facility Management

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau / -mann
  • Alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich / Facility Management
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit internationalen Studierenden
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung

    This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

    Your mission

  • Placement of apartments for exchange students, WHU students, and employees
  • Handling the entire housing application process for our halls of residence through to moving in
  • Contact person for housing issues during the rental period
  • Organizational handling of moving out incl. deposit processing
  • Checking rent payments and checking and processing invoices for repairs and cleaning
  • Posting private housing offers in the housing exchange
  • Acquisition, planning, and viewing of new apartments
  • Supporting the digitization of processes
  • Administrative representation activities in facility management

    • Your profile

  • Completed training as a real estate agent
  • Alternatively, completed commercial training with additional qualifications or professional experience in real estate / facility management
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Enjoy working with international students
  • High level of service orientation
