Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Law – Associate – Investment – Law Firm

Provide legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, loan agreements, and financial instruments.
Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to financing structures and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate clients, offering tailored legal solutions.
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying updated on evolving legal frameworks and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Law – Associate – Investment – Law Firm

You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (or another European Bar) and holding a master’s degree in law.

At least 3 years of experience in banking and finance law, gained in a law in Luxembourg.

Strong knowledge of Luxembourg financial regulations, with expertise in loan agreements, structured finance, and regulatory compliance.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken). French or German would be considered an asset.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

A proactive and business-oriented mindset, able to manage client relationships effectively.
