We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and content creation . You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through marketing campaigns, data-driven optimization, and high-impact content. You must be both analytical and creative, capable of turning insights into effective campaigns while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop compelling content for offline and online campaigns, including landing pages, social ads, and B2B presentations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Website, Email Marketing).
  • Own lead generation strategies, marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Manage marketing projects and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints.

Requirements :

  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to develop clear, engaging B2B content and messaging.
  • Demonstrated success with paid campaigns (search, social, display), lead generation, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German or other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B marketing within hospitality, food service, or furniture industries.
  • Ability to capture and produce photo / video content for marketing use.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation.
  • International work experience or background in international teams.
