Designed for banks, crypto platforms, brokers, custodians, and institutional investors, fija’s product incorporates automated DeFi strategies, designed by industry experts and tokenized for seamless integration. These strategies address the needs of the 88% European crypto holders who want to earn interest on their crypto assets, but haven’t yet found a way to do so.

By leveraging fija’s compliant solutions , partners can offer high-yield DeFi products that prioritise transparency, user control, and regulatory compliance.

This way fija bridges the gap between traditional and decentralised finance, making DeFi more accessible, sustainable, and integrated into the broader financial ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a

Customer Integration Engineer (f / m / d)

As a Customer Integration Engineer , you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' operational needs.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the integration process, ensuring a smooth implementation of our DeFi yield solutions in the customer environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a technical mind who enjoys working with customers to make a direct impact on fija’s success.

Key responsibilities

You collaborate closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and tailor our technology to meet their needs.
You provide technical expertise during the sales, onboarding, and deployment phases.
You troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in cooperation with fija’s customers and our internal technical teams.
You communicate customer feedback and improvement suggestions back to our product development team.
You define and implement integration processes that are matching our suite of tools and technologies.
You develop and maintain technical documentation , including integration guides and troubleshooting resources.

Are you our perfect match?

You have a master degree in computer science , engineering or a related field — or equivalent through experience

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Strong communication skills , with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Our technology stack includes EVM smart contracts written in Solidity, a REST API backend based on Typescript and node.js, and a front-end using next.js . You will need some hands on experience with these tools to be successful in this position.

Prior experience in Web3 - private or in business - is a plus.
