We are looking for a skilled IAM Okta & Citrix Administrator to support a globally recognized client in the financial services industry. This role combines expertise in Identity and Access Management (70% focus on Okta) with Citrix administration (30%).

The successful candidate will ensure the security, availability, and efficiency of the IT environment, focusing on system upgrades, access management, and maintaining a high standard of compliance within a demanding and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

IAM Okta Responsibilities (70%) :

  • Administer and manage the Okta environment, ensuring secure and efficient authentication and access controls.
  • Perform upgrades, configurations, and maintenance of IAM systems.
  • Enforce access management best practices, including lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance identity and access solutions aligned with organizational security policies.

Citrix Administration Responsibilities (30%) :

  • Oversee and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring reliable application delivery and system performance.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to maintain a high level of system availability.
  • Monitor Citrix usage and resolve access issues efficiently.
  • Support end-users and respond to Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM with a strong focus on Okta administration.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing Citrix environments, including XenApp / XenDesktop.
  • Technical Skills :
  • In-depth knowledge of Okta functionalities, such as SSO, MFA, and integrations.
  • Experience with Citrix solutions, including configuration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
