IT Network System Administrator

Location : Gotha Germany

Scope : Fulltime (Onsite)

Languages : Fluent German (C2 level required) English (Advantageous).

Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Network / System Administrator to take a key role in managing and developing the entire on-premise IT infrastructure for one of our this position you will be responsible for ensuring the stability performance and security of networks servers clients and communication systems across several production sites.

You will work hands-on with approximately 500 devices across a complex environment that includes industrial shop-floor systems office IT and mission-critical production technologies.

What You Will Do

• Administer and optimize the on-prem network servers clients and telephony (500 devices).
• Ensure infrastructure availability and security (TCP / IP VLAN DNS WLAN DHCP etc.).
• Provide 1st & 2nd-level support for both office and production users.
• Manage Windows Server Windows Client and Microsoft Office environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware connectivity and system incidents.
• Participate in company-wide IT improvement and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain system documentation configurations and incident logs.
