Your Role – Drive Digital Transformation Forward :
You will become part of an ambitious and dynamic team that actively shapes the digital transformation in healthcare, particularly in the areas of care and incontinence . Together, we continuously develop innovative digital products, expand our portfolio, and support the successful introduction of these solutions in global markets.
In this versatile and responsible role, you will be a key partner for our local teams and play a crucial role in the marketing and scaling of our digital solutions. You will work closely with colleagues from strategy, portfolio, and product development to ensure that our products are sustainably established in the markets. Your work is an essential component of our strategy to successfully drive digital innovation worldwide.
Responsibilities :
- Market Launch and Implementation : Act as a partner to local marketing and sales teams, actively supporting them in the launch, scaling, and sustainable marketing of digital solutions
- Go-to-Market Strategies : Develop and implement market-specific execution plans, working closely with local teams to ensure their successful implementation
- Training and Support : Empower local teams through targeted training, workshops, and ongoing support to effectively market our solutions
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor market performance based on KPIs, analyze results, and develop measures for the continuous optimization of strategies
- Market and Customer Feedback : Collect insights from the markets and incorporate them into the strategic development of our products and solutions
- Close Collaboration : Work hand in hand with global teams from strategy, portfolio, and product development to ensure that global alignment and local execution are seamlessly integrated
Qualifications :
Several years of experience in the marketing and operational implementation of digital products, preferably in an international environmentStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to implement practical solutionsStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with intercultural and cross-functional teamsAnalytical understanding and the ability to make data-driven decisionsPassion for digital innovations and their potential to transform healthcareInitiative, team spirit, and motivation to take on responsibility in a versatile and dynamic roleBenefits :
