What part will you play?
Monitor, participate and update global governance in the area of property protection, processes and implementation
Development and coordination of business and cross-country standards and frameworks for property protection
Conducting global security consulting, analysis and concepts. Coordination of concrete protective measures with the management and project management. Coordination and review of the implementation and effectiveness of these measures
This also includes business trips (up to ~10% of the total activity)
Participate in global governance in the area of ID and access management, including the implementation of regulations and standards for company ID cards. Contact person for the planning and implementation of these measures
Analysis of program governance within a global project for corporate ID cards and access control systems. This includes defining the framework conditions and monitoring the progress of the project
Conducting market analyses and evaluating new security solutions in the field of property and property protection
What you need to make real what matters.
A successfully completed bachelor's degree, e.g. in the field of economics, compliance, security or similar
1-2 years of professional experience in the corporate security sector
Have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of relevant corporate security topics, especially in the area of property protection (technical, organizational and personnel protection measures)
Very good knowledge in the areas of "physical access control" and "company ID cards"
Good knowledge of BSI baseline protection analogous to ISO 27001
Sound knowledge of project management
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerBI and Sharepoint
Ideally, you have advanced knowledge of IT applications, e.g. Tableau
Decisiveness in terms of change and workflows
Strong ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
