Competitive monthly gross salary starting at EUR 0, with additional compensation based on your qualifications and relevant experience, as well as lucrative bonuses.In Germany, compensation for eligible employee groups is typically structured over 13 monthly payments (13th salary), in line with local practice. This does not apply to all employee groups. More detailed information on compensation will be provided during the recruitment process. For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion).
