Role : Senior Backend Developer (m / f / d)

Tools : Java and Spring Boot

Language : German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)

Location : Remote in Germany

Salary : up to €90,000

Industry : ClimateTech - IoT

About :

Stott and May are excited to be partnered with an innovative ClimateTech IoT Scaleup who are known for their delivery of high-end software products and services within the sector.

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for passionate Backend Developers who have a desire for working on the latest technologies.

What you'll be doing :

  • Your focus will be working on building products in and around the energy reporting domain
  • Analysis of specific customer requirements with regards to functional and technical extensions of complex system landscapes
  • Control and implementation of software development and system integration
  • Share knowledge and ideas with other top developers and solve challenging tasks together

Skills & Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience working with Java
  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or related fields
  • You are confident working with frameworks Spring Boot, Quarkus or Kafka
  • Practical experience working in agile development teams
  • It will be nice-to-have knowledge of web-development using any modern frontend framework and TypeScript
  • You are comfortable communicating in both German and English languages (both B2 minimum)
