The growth of the company has led to the opportunity to recruit a Global Business Unit Manager to spearhead a division of the business.

• In this position, you will leverage your visionary mindset and leadership skills, while developing and tactically implementing a strategy for the BU as well managing, motivating and developing a multi-functional team.
• In addition to leadership, you will also collaborate while working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders from different departments to deliver on specific objectives.
• The role will put your analytical skills to the test, and you will have the challenge of identifying trends and opportunities where the BU can gain an advantage in the market.
• Your commercial mentality will be essential to form a successful collaboration with the sales team. You will be involved in building and managing customer relationships to achieve the goal of positioning the products effectively in the market.
• You will call upon your dental industry knowledge and experience - which is a vital requirement for the position - in both a commercial and technical capacity as you navigate the unique dynamics of the market to deliver results.
