- Participation in the daily Account Payable Activities
- Participation in global SAP Concur Travel Expense Process
- Participation in ongoing Accounting improvement Projects
- Support of the implementation of new SAP modules S4 HANA
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS / HGB for Hapag-Lloyd AG
- Account Reconciliation and Dunning Management
- Supporting and execution of the payment proposals
- Maintenance of Supplier Master Data
- Very good technical accounting knowledge, acquired through university / technical college studies preferably with a focus on accounting (HGB / IFRS) as well as relevant professional experience
- Experience in Accounts Payables / Receivables
- Very good SAP FI knowledge as well as knowledge of other SAP modules desirable (e.g. SAP-MM)
- Process experience beyond the functional areas
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Enjoy teamwork and project work
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience with Logistic or Container Shipping is advantage
