JOIN OUR TEAM
As Senior Demand & Supply Planning Manager at Westwing you will be responsible for overall inventory availability to meet customer demand. We are looking for an innovator who wants to build and shape the future of Westwing's Demand & Supply planning tools and processes and will join the team as a bar-raiser to an already high-performing team. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- leverage historical data and analyse sales trends to create channel- and market-specific demand forecasts
- develop and execute category- and supplier-specific replenishment strategies to create 12-month rolling supply plans that optimise inventory availability and cost
- monitor stock levels, inventory health, and promotional stock availability to achieve maximum GMV in alignment with turn goals and capacity constraints
- drive improvements in forecasting and replenishment methodology by leveraging machine learning, automation, and industry best practices
- collaborate daily with various cross-functional teams (marketing, buying, category, IBP, and supply chain) to resolve operational issues and deliver on complex and large projects
- formulate and execute key results and initiatives to improve output quality and consistency, unlock scale, and drive automation in line with organisational objectives and goals
- report and track established KPIs, driving the execution of action plans to improve performance
- coach and provide feedback to team members
- develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to optimise demand and supply
