As Head of HR Digital Wholesale Continental Europe you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders guiding our people strategy across multiple European markets and enabling teams to deliver on ambitious commercial goals.

What Youll Lead

• Partner with the MD and senior leadership teams across Continental Europe
• Shape and deliver the people plan for our Digital Wholesale business
• Lead a highperforming HR team across a dynamic multicountry environment
• Drive organisational design business transformation and complex change initiatives
• Oversee workforce planning succession strategy and leadership development
• Champion diversity equity inclusion and cultural alignment across diverse markets
• Manage complex employee relations cases and provide seniorlevel coaching
• Collaborate across centres of excellence to implement EUwide people strategies

This is a role for someone who thrives in a matrix environment enjoys solving complex people challenges and can influence at the highest levels.

What You Bring

• Proven HR leadership experience in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of European labour laws and crosscultural HR practices
• Ability to operate at a senior strategic level with confidence and credibility
• Experience leading people transformation change and organisational design
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capability
• A passion for building highperforming engaged teams
• Willingness to travel across European markets when needed If youre energised by complexity inspired by innovation and driven by peoplecentred leadership youll thrive here.
• Fluent in German and English
