Our client is a campaigning agency that aims to defend democracy on social media. thier goal is to achieve a shift in the online discourse to counteract rightwing propaganda.

They are supporting prodemocratic initiatives from small to large from local to international in their efforts in campaigning community building strategy messaging and analytics.

The growing tech team is at the core of the strategy as they are building the future of

videobased digital campaigning for platforms like TikTok.

We are seeking a highly skilled FullStack Engineer (m / f / d) to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python JavaScript as well as proficiency in HTML CSS Docker CI / CD and cloud services like GCP.

Tasks

As a FullStack Engineer youll play a crucial role in designing developing and deploying robust solutions that align with technical and operational objectives. Youll contribute to highimpact projects in a collaborative environment.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Build a RealTime Analytics Dashboard to track campaign impact
Develop an Automated Content Moderation System to ensure safe and constructive discourse
Implement responsive frontend interfaces using JavaScript HTML and CSS
Manage CI / CD pipelines automate deployments and ensure system reliability
Deploy and optimize applications on cloud platforms
Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration
Write clean maintainable and secure code following best practices
Monitor and improve performance security and scalability
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production

Requirements

Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML JS CSS react.js next.js

Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js Python Ruby or Java

Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with version control systems like Git

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines experience in GCP GitLab IT Security and Linux

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment

Experience working in Agile development environments
