Sales Representative
We are looking for a sales representative (based in Germany), that will perform customer visits in Germany and surrounding countries.
This position reports directly to the global sales manager.
Responsibilities
- the company, promote, and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- cost benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- out to customer leads through cold calling and schedule visits
- the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- sales effort with team members and other departments
- the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
- min. (2-year) work experience in Sales / Engineering, ideally in the field of automation.
- knowledge is mandatory
- with CRM practices along with an ability to build productive, professional business relationships
- motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- time management and organizational skills
- to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- management skills and openness to feedback
- degree in business / engineering or a related field
C1) and English (C1) language is necessary / third language e.g. French, Spanish, Italian etc. is a plus
- business travels are essential for this position
