Yourresponsibilities

  • ConstructionManagement : Oversee all construction activities, including sitepreparation, foundation installation, module mounting, electricalinstallation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with projectspecifications, safety regulations, and qualitystandards.
  • Contractor Coordination : Managerelationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors,including procurement, contract negotiation, performanceevaluation, and resolution of disputes, to ensure timely andcost-effective project execution.
  • SiteManagement : Establish and maintain safe and efficient worksiteoperations, including site layout, logistics, material handling,and site security, to facilitate smooth construction progress andminimize disruptions.
  • Schedule Management : Develop and maintain construction schedules, identifying workpackages, defining milestones, and managing dependencies to ensureon-time project delivery while integrating with our work packagemanagement approach.
  • Budget Management : Prepareand manage construction budgets, track expenses, forecast costs,identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost controlmeasures to optimize projectprofitability.
  • Quality Control : Implementquality assurance and quality control processes, conductinspections, and address non-conformities promptly to ensure thatconstruction activities meet the highest quality standards andspecifications.
  • Health and Safety : Promote andenforce a culture of safety on construction sites, implement safetyprotocols and procedures, conduct safety audits, and ensurecompliance with occupational health and safety regulations toprevent accidents and injuries.
  • RiskManagement : Identify potential risks and hazards associated withconstruction activities, develop risk mitigation strategies, andimplement measures to minimize project risks andliabilities.
  • Team Leadership : Provide strongleadership and direction to the construction team, includingproject managers, site supervisors, engineers, and support staff,fostering a collaborative and high-performance workculture.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Communicateregularly with project stakeholders, including internal teams,clients, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders,providing updates on construction progress, addressing concerns,and resolving issues in a timelymanner.
  • Digitalization and Data Management : Drive digitalization initiatives within the construction process,leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance efficiency,transparency, and collaboration. Ensure effective data managementpractices are in place to capture, analyze, and utilizeconstruction-related data for informed decision-making andcontinuous improvement.

Yourprofile

  • Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED)preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in renewableproject construction management, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering large-scale construction projects,preferably in the renewable energysector.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofconstruction methods, materials, and equipment, with a focus onrenewables energy systems andinfrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership andmanagement skills, with the ability to motivate and inspiremultidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals andobjectives.
  • Proficiency in constructionmanagement software, project scheduling tools, and other relevanttechnologies.
  • Strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively interact with stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Sound understanding of health, safety,and environmental regulations, with a commitment to promoting asafe and sustainable work environment.
  • Provenability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resourceutilization to achieve project objectives.
  • Highlevel of understanding of digitalization trends and data managementpractices inconstruction.
