Key Account Manager, DACH
We are a small organization with big ambitions and a huge growth potential and you will become an important part of the team. You must develop, maintain, and drive sales of our product portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to existing and new accounts with long-term partnerships in mind.
You must be an outgoing person ready to work independently in a, sometimes, difficult market, we expect our Key Account Manager to be professional, positive and trustworthy.
The work
Five years ago, we began our journey into the German market from our headquarters in Denmark. Now, it's time for the next step - hiring a Key Account Manager based centrally in Germany.
We're looking for a responsible and goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on sales and customer service-someone who is ready to aim high and achieve ambitious targets.
We need you to be our eyes and ears in the DACH region, regularly engaging with our customers in the field. This includes conducting 20-40 dealer visits per month (in high season), with frequent travel primarily within Germany (4-8 overnight stays monthly in high season). You'll have a salesplan to follow and report to directly to the Head of Sales on a daily or weekly basis.
Primary Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new accounts within the market.
Drive growth in existing accounts through effective onboarding, sales, and relationship management.
Attend trade shows and customer-focused events to represent Triobike and expand market reach.
Present products and solutions clearly, accurately, and enthusiasticto potential and existing dealers
Collaborate with other departments at Triobike and coordinate activities with account partners.
Set and manage sales targets and forecasts for your accounts.
Align closely with the sales plan and meet key performance indicators in close collaboration with Head of Sale.
The candidate :
Proven experience in sales and customer care.
Strong sales background within the bike industry (retail chain, independent shop or as an account manager for a brand in the bike industry).
High integrity, empathy, and the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships.
Unafraid to take on challenges.
Ambitions for even more responsibility in the future.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data, analyze information, and draw insightful conclusions.
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Speaks and write English at basic level.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Business One is a plus.
