Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Regulation – Attorney – Investment funds

You will be responsible for the establishment of alternative investment funds.
You will conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with the latest regulations and provide clients with the most suitable solutions.
You will liaise with third parties, including fiduciaries, notaries, and counterpart lawyers.
You will negotiate , draft and review legal documentation, such as loan agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and structuring documents.
You will be in direct contact with clients, providing them with expert advice to optimize their transactions.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Regulation – Attorney – Investment funds

You have at least 7 years of experience as a funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg , ensuring a smooth integration into the firm.

You are well-versed in alternative investment funds , allowing you to handle your responsibilities with confidence.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential for this role.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory for effective communication with internal and external parties. Any additional language is a valuable asset.

You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year , reflecting your valuable contribution to the firm’s success.

For those who travel by car, a parking spot is available for every employee.
