Advise on all legal sustainability issues (e.g. LkSG, CSRD, CSDDD) Monitoring all European sustainability driven legislative projects and communicating them to the relevant departments and the Executive Board Supporting PUMA's sustainability organization from a legal perspective, amongst others in preparing the meetings of the Sustainability Committee of the Supervisory Board Providing legal advice in the preparation of the sustainability reporting As part of the compliance department, advise on all other compliance issues in the risk areas of bribery / corruption, conflicts of interest, business partner, anti-money laundering, sanctions law Monitoring legal developments in all key areas of the compliance organization and their internal communication Commissioning, coordination and management of external legal advisors Fully qualified lawyer under German law (Volljurist*in) About 4-6 years professional experience in an international company or international law firm Relevant work experience in the field of ESG (and preferably in general Compliance) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well Excellent team player, who enjoys working in diverse teams and in an international environment with different departments Assertiveness, good business understanding with a sense of pragmatism and can-do attitude This opportunity will be available in full time or part time PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
