Sales Manager
Sales Manager - Frankfurt or Dusseldorf - BESS - Manufacturer
I'm looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be one of the first hires for the new office in Germany.
My client is a leading manufacturer of BESS solutions for the residential and C&I markets across the globe. Right now they have over 550 employees with 150+ focussing purely on R&D within the business.
They have been focussing on the German market for the past couple of years and are now opening up a brand new office.
For the Sales Manager position, you will be responsible for the growth of the sales team, and will eventually be moving into a management position.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience directly in the Battery Storage market in Germany.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong technical knowledge of Energy Storage Systems.
- Network within residential and C&I markets in Germany, is very beneficial!
- Leadership experience is a big plus!
As you will be one of the first new hires for the new office, you will be responsible for the sales strategy first and foremost, with a focus on securing new customers and building upon existing relationships they have.
Then you will be responsible for growing out your sales team!
