The Global Outlet and Replenishment department plays a pivotal role in the success of the HUGO BOSS Retail and Wholesale business. It is responsible for building a strong core business while planning and steering merchandise and demand plans across all regions with a clear focus on profitability, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience.
Core responsibilities include planning, forecasting, analyzing, and actively steering the business with an end-to-end and cross functional focus to ensure profitable growth and inventory efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Global Planning Analyst Global Outlet & Global Replenishment (m/f/d) to drive the optimization of automated demand forecasting within the TWIN Planning Suite. In this role, you will act as the key link between our Data Science and the Global Merchandise Planning and Global replenishment team, ensuring that forecasting insights are translated into impactful planning decisions across all regions.

What you can expect:

• Monitor and validate outlet and replenishment plans as well as the forecasting performance in technical tools(TWIN Planning Suite / O9), using statistical KPIs as the foundation for business decisions.
• Maintain a high-level ownership and understanding of the TWIN Planning Suite Demand Planning environment, including all relevant modules and processes, with a growing scope in line with implemented forecasting modules
• Consult and align closely with global outlet planners, regional planners and stock planners ensuring consistent forecasting approaches and planning standards across all regions and to drive forecasting usage, process adherence and tool adoption.
• Conduct data quality checks and drive data optimization, including follow-up on data issues and re-running forecasts where ad-hoc changes ( new master data) have been made.
• Collaborate closely with regional Merchandise Planning teams, Global Merchandise Management, Data Science, Retail Reporting, IT and Logistics to continuously enhance processes, KPIs and tool set-ups within the global Outlet and Replenishment context
• Drive the mid- to long-term enhancement of automated forecasting capabilities in O9, consolidating feedback and translating business needs into system improvements.

Your profile:

• Several years of solid experience in Planning, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a similar role – ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a strong understanding of KPIs and their implications.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel ( complex analyses, scenario modeling, automation).
• Confident working with planning and reporting systems ( SAP, BIS) and a high affinity for data, systems, and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple topics in parallel.
• Strong communication skills and high stakeholder orientation across countries, functions, and hierarchy levels.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and solutiondriven way of working with enthusiasm for an international environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership, decision-making strength, and the ability to actively drive change.
• You act as a role model within the team
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
