About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to join our team. As a TPM, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.
You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee project planning and road mapping
- Write and manage tickets, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for developers
- Gather and document project requirements
- Follow up on progress and solve issues in collaboration with engineers
- Coordinate and consult with customers, providing technical guidance and decision-making support
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Experience as a developer or a recent graduate in Business Informatics (or related field) with some software engineering exposure
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Experience with CI / CD, deployment, and APIs
- Structured, organised, and flexible thinker
- Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English
- Comfortable presenting and consulting with clients
- Happy to work in the office 2-5 times a month - client dependent
