Job Description

In this role, you will oversee operations as a Warehouse Sortation Supervisor at our partners' facilities. As a key member of Seven Senders, you will serve as the primary operational contact for our partners handling both pallet and parcel flows. Reporting to the Logistics Team Lead in Berlin, you will work remotely while regularly visiting multiple partner warehouses, representing our dynamic and innovative company in this critical operational role

What You’ll Do :

Ensure smooth sortation processes, continuously driving improvements and proactively addressing operational challenges
Act as the main point of contact between Seven Senders and our Service Providers fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Ensuring smooth onboarding of new operational setups and customers.
Regularly update and report to the Logistics Team Lead in Berlin.
Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and safety standards within the sorting operations.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring :

Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role.

Strong supervising skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise between various stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, resolving on-the-ground challenges, and willingness to travel between our partner locations.

Proficiency in both German and English is required.
