With new technologies and our close partnership with rehabilitation clinics, patients get access to the most effective digital rehabilitation with concurrent personal care - independent of time and location.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Frontend Developer (all genders) to join our team in Berlin.

You should be excited in tackling challenging problems, willing to take responsibility and love working in a powerful team.

You will be responsible for developing intuitive and easy-to-use frontend applications for our users and directly interact with our Design and Product Team to deliver a great user experience and product.

Your Challenges

You will work in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies.

You will take the responsibility for driving the Caspar Health applications from day one

You will develop intuitive and easy-to-use frontend applications for our users

You will use your field of expertise to continuously support improvement of our Development and Design Processes

You will interact closely with our design and product team

Your profile

You have at least 7 years of experience in Frontend Development

You are adept at delivering features / projects end-to-end, from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with business / technical objectives and supporting your teammates

You have an in-depth and strategic understanding of the entire SDLC

You are an expert in React and ideally have seen Angular before

You have a strong interest in other development areas, like mobile and backend development

You have a comprehensive understanding of various testing methodologies, including unit, integration and end-to-end testing

You have an excellent understanding of CSS and CSS preprocessor libraries.

You have a keen eye for detail and excel in creating exceptional user interfaces.

You have a high bar for quality of code, performance, and user experience

You enjoy being up-to-date with latest technologies and are comfortable trying new things

You can think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems

You have experience with design system libraries.

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have :

You have experience with Ruby on Rails, NodeJS or any other backend language

You have experience with RxJS and Angular

You have experience with Docker, k8s and deploying these services

You are proficient in utilising the command line interface
