To support this development, we are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager for our Next Generation Product department based in Hollerich, Luxembourg . You’ll be reporting to our Head of NGP with a lot of exposure to many different departments.

Your responsibilities :
Brand Management
- Design strategic interventions on brand portfolio, marketing and sales plans based on the in-depth analysis of wide sets of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc
- Demonstrate consumer & shopper understanding, gathering insights from key stakeholders and developing plans to meet identified needs
- Create compelling brand materials and leaflets in close cooperation with external agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timelines
- Lead new product launches and evaluate brand performance
Brand Execution
Execute brand strategies that resonate with our various target audiencesStay on top of the most recent requirements for packagingExecution of compliant product labelsWork closely with our regulatory team to ensure accurate and compliant labellingMaintain a key eye for detail to guarantee accuracyTrade Marketing
Coordinate the development and rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materialsCollaborate with international markets to tailor marketing materials to local needsAnalyze trade marketing effectiveness and propose improvementsA&P planning and monitoringYour profile :
Experienced in brand management and / or trade marketing of FMCG and mass consumption productsBrand sensitive with a strong sense of brand equity and creative concept developmentStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with running 360° projects from product ideation to market launchEffective communicator and excellent stakeholder management to engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's successResponsible with a problem-solving mindsetStrong attention to detailFluent in English with German and FrenchHighly skilled in Excel and PowerPointBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a marketing or communication related fieldWhat We Offer :
