Key Responsibilities :

Requirements :

  • Native or fluent German speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer service (preferred).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency; ECDL certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
