    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT process management, business analysis, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Certification in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.
  • An understanding of regulations covering financial reporting across one or more jurisdictions.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Skills

    Domain Skills :

  • Relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services, preferably in one or more of the following areas : Capital CalculationsFinancial AccountingBalance Sheet, P&LSub ledger, General LedgerBasel RegulationsRegulatory Reporting
  • An understanding of regulations covering financial reporting across one or more jurisdictions
  • Technical Skills :

  • Comfortable with data and feed analysis
  • Knowledge in working with applications build on JAVA and S4 HANA based applications.
  • Business Analysis :

  • Experience in analyzing and understanding various finance and reporting processes.Experience in payments processing.Adapt in understanding various steps involved in the F2B execution of close process.Experience in driving change management.Comfortable with Databases, SQL server and is adept in writing queries, working with tables, extracts wherever required.
