Inside Sales Representative
Cross Border RecruitmentDüsseldorff, DEA Japanese logistics company is looking to appoint an engaged and delivery-focused Inside Sales Representative at their Brussel or Antwerp office in Belgium. They offer its customers worldwide intermodal transport solutions utilizing air, ocean, and ground transport.
The successful candidate should have relevant work experience, in logistic sales (preferably in air- and sea freight).
A good command of the English, French and the Dutch Language is required for this role. You do not need to speak any Japanese at this firm but understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.
TYPE : Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday
SALARY : up to €3800 per month depending on experience (13 months)
START : ASAP

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
As Inside Sales Representative, you will be exposed to various Sales activities.
You are responsible for maintaining contact with customers and logistics administration, and you know how to respond quickly and adequately on the demands and satisfaction for customers.
- Assisting the Account Manager
- Making quotations
- After sales, following the given quotations
- Maintaining contact with current customers
- Maintaining of the CRM-system
- Developing business by telephone
- Making appointments with customers
- Maintaining contact within the worldwide network
- Dealing and registration of complaints and customer satisfactory research
