Freelancer Medical Customer Service Representative Germany (German)

(Freelance/Project-based)

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on peoples well-being and health and love to engage with people during phone calls we would like to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients in Germany.
• Screening patients (no sales calls pure customer service).
• Being part of the team where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak German (mother-tongue) and English.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have initial experience in handling customers requests via phone and email ideally you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning noon afternoon evening and if necessary Saturdays.
