Position Summary :

My global automotive client are seeking a Quality Team Lead to manage a quality engineering team of around 5-8 Quality engineers on daily tasks.

The successful candidate will report to the Plant Quality Manager and be responsible for developing and maintaining guidelines and team members, and leading quality improvement initiatives. They will also ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services, meet customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement within the organization..

Requirements :

• Previous experienced leading one of more Quality personnel
• Previous experience in Quality Automotive company
• Quality Automotive expert
• Problem solving expert and solution driven
• Ideally VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor
• Ideally knowledge on IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Core Quality Tool expert
• Fluent German and English speaking non negotiable
