We are looking for a IT Quality Manager Audit (m / f / d). This role can be filled at our IT locations in Mannheim, Stuttgart or Fürth.
Your Tasks
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits of processes, applications, and services according to regulatory requirements.
- Perform project-accompanying audits and advise on optimizing process flows.
- Prepare audit reports and identify optimization measures.
- Develop efficient measures in collaboration with relevant organizational units to enhance risk management.
- Control, support, and monitor the mitigation of audit findings and service deviations using project management methods.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT, Cyber Security, Information Security, and IT Regulatory Requirements.Proven experience in conducting and managing audits in multinational organizations; project management certification (e.g., PRINCE 2) and relevant certifications (e.g., GxP, ISO 27001) are advantageous.Familiarity with IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and IT auditing in accounting; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable.Strong knowledge of computer system validation (GAMP®5), European GxP, QM guidelines, and SAP solutions, including SAP S / 4 HANA and cloud technologies.Excellent social competence, communication, and teamwork skills; fluent in German and English.Willingness to travel (10%) and a proactive, independent, and responsible work approach; eager to challenge the status quo and contribute to continuous improvement.Our Benefits :
