We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m / f / d) who can do more than just write code. You’ll ensure applications run smoothly, quickly resolve issues, and provide expert guidance to clients on existing systems. Tasks

As a Senior Software Engineer (m / f / d), you play a key role in keeping our clients’ critical business applications reliable, efficient, and continuously improving. You’ll work autonomously with a variety of technologies and help ensure that systems operate smoothly across both legacy and modern platforms.

• Client support & troubleshooting : Act as the technical expert for client applications, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• System maintenance & monitoring : Proactively maintain and monitor applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Operational guidance : Translate client needs into clear technical actions, independently plan your support activities, and contribute to the smooth running of projects.
• Knowledge sharing & documentation : Keep comprehensive records of issues and solutions, and share your expertise with colleagues to maintain high standards across the team.
