Principal / Director - Consultancy

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for life sciences strategy? We are partnering with a leading consultancy in the life sciences sector to recruit a talented Principal or Director (Flexible for a senior candidate). This is a unique opportunity to join an organization renowned for its expertise in commercial strategy, market access, and pricing for global clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

About the Role

In this senior leadership role, you will :

  • Drive the delivery of high-impact consulting projects for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients worldwide.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring excellence in project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on market access, pricing strategies, and commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to the consultancy's growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Play a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and thought leadership in life sciences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive Consultancy Experience : A proven track record of success in a life sciences-focused consultancy environment (At least 8 years)
  • Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of commercial strategy, market access, and pricing in the pharma and biotech sectors.
  • Leadership Skills : Experience managing teams, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
  • Business Development Acumen : Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and drive business growth.
  • Global Perspective : Familiarity with the complexities of international markets and regulatory environments.
  • Educational Background : Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Economics, or Business) or an MBA
