For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Spare Parts Controller (m / f / d) in Böblingen.
About the Role
As a Spare Parts Planner & Supply Chain Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring our global Field Service teams have the spare parts they need to keep customer systems running. You balance operational excellence with analytical insight, combining material planning, forecasting, and reporting in a dynamic international environment.
Your Tasks :
Material Planning & Availability Management
- Manage replenishment planning for global warehouses
- Monitor material availability, resolve shortages, and coordinate urgent allocations.
- Track shipments, ensure accurate ETAs, and maintain stable stock levels.
Forecasting & Data Analytics
Build and maintain monthly spare parts forecasts using IB, ACI, demand, scrap and relationship logic.Conduct in-depth data validation and correct inconsistencies across systems (Prophet, Oracle,...).Provide analysis for decision-making, including critical items, stocking levels and cost verification.Reporting & Power BI Dashboard DevelopmentCreate and maintain dashboards : Demand vs Supply, Budget vs Spending, IR, Critical Items, Hit Rate.Improve visualization quality, automate refresh cycles, and ensure data integrity.Deliver monthly analyses with clear recommendations.Process & System Improvement
Support NPI processes (item setup, data checks using Jira workflow).Drive automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and planning tools.Collaborate x-functionally with production, Supplier, sales, Process Eng... to ensure smooth end?to?end processes.Your Qualifications :
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Controlling or similar fieldStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilitiesExperience with ERP and planning tools (Oracle, Prophet, 360, ATOM) is an advantageExcellent communication skills in English; German is helpful (B1 or B2)Structured, detailed oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.Our offer to you :
