Role Overview :

Embark on an exciting journey with Fit Analytics Innovation as a Senior Data Scientist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge recommendation solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will contribute to projects in production with your strong ML and SWE skillset. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to pave the way forward with innovative ideas and bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop state of the art solutions for apparel sizing, style, and product recommendations.
Experience with implementing the lifecycle of ML solutions
Champion best practices in code quality, review, and software architecture.
Drive continuous innovation in ML techniques and strategies to maintain competitive advantage and keep pace with industry standards.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align ML technologies with business goals and enhance customer outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, particularly in recommendation systems and scalable ML solutions.

Proficient in Python and SQL.

Extensive experience with ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML serving technologies like TensorFlow Serving or NVIDIA Triton.

Proficient in developing and optimizing ML pipelines, model deployment, and serving strategies.

Strong record of software engineering best practices, including testing, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.

Proactive attitude towards organizational growth, personal development and developing team spirit

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with all levels of an organization.
