Responsibilities :
- Company Culture : Deploy creative ideas initiatives and programs to create and maintain a strong company culture.
- Employee Development : Create an employee roadmap to support the development culture of the company.
- Recruitment and Staffing : Develop strategies and manage the hiring process.
- Employee Relations : Address concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Oversee appraisals and support improvement plans.
- Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure legal compliance and manage policies.
- Compensation and Benefits : Administer programs and conduct salary reviews.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.Strong HR Personality with experience in HR Strategy.3 years of HR management experience.Knowledge of DACH region labor laws.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.Fluency in German and English.Benefits :
