Youwill :

Lead complex dealexecutions and contribute significantly towards businessdevelopment.

Navigate cross-border mergers &acquisitions by leveraging deep technical expertise alongside sharpfinancial acumen.
Provide training and supportto other members of the team.

Assist clients in relevantsub-sectors (software, fintech, digital services, andmarketplaces).

TechnologyInsight : Profound understanding of current trends insoftware technologies which is crucial when advising clients aboutpotential investments or identifying growth opportunities throughmergers & acquisitions.

InvestmentBanking Expertise : Demonstrable experience withtransaction execution processes along with strategic assessmentabilities are essential for success in brokering significant dealswithin this competitivefield.

Language Skills : Proficiency in both English and German (fluency in written andverbal).

Communication : Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with aninnovative mindset.
