Mid/Senior Back-End Developer

Your role

At eduBITES, we are striving to develop a premium learning experience platform for companies. We are seeking a talented Back-End Developer with a minimum experience of 3 years in AWS services and 5 years of Python to join our team in Berlin.

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our server-side applications and infrastructure, as well as integrating with third-party services and databases.

You will be collaborating closely with our Front-End Developers, UX / UI designers, and product managers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

Responsibilities :

• Design, build and develop serverless APIs using Python, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
• Integrate with third-party services and databases
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Optimize website performance and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure application functionality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in server-side development

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience with AWS services
• Minimum of 5+ years experience with Python
• Proficient in Python, NodeJS, GraphQL
• Experience with AWS (AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, AWS Appsync, DynamoDB), Docker-based development and deployment environment.
• Familiar with Bitbucket Pipelines
• Experience with Azure Open AI API
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Valid Work Visa in Germany
• A resident of Berlin, Germany
