You also support the issuance of new financing instruments You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant further qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIIA, CIRO, etc.) are an advantage Additionally, you bring several years (at least 4 years) of experience in Investor Relations, financial communication, or a comparable position, ideally with debt capital instruments in a publicly listed company, and you have a deep understanding of financial markets, financial data, and analytical methods Furthermore, you are characterized by strong communication skills, confidence, and commitment to successfully represent your ideas, while also being an organized team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional topics Additionally, you demonstrate strong customer orientation to build a network both inside and outside the company You possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Bloomberg and AI is a plus. You also have an excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
