Position Overview

Essential Skills and Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.At least 3 years of experience in HR , preferably with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.German language at C2 levelStrong knowledge of employment law and contract management.Excellent communication and networking skills .A structured and independent working style with a hands-on attitude.High levels of social competence and empathy .Reliability and a proactive mindset.Benefits
