Your tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for ifm branches in Germany and abroad for technical and administrative questions about our products for industrial communication, e.g. signal lights, evaluation units and other infrastructure components
  • You will support the international sales team with the specific expertise you have acquired
  • You create information, evaluations and presentations and organize their distribution to sales worldwide
  • You will support product management with article management, documentation and various marketing measures
  • You will support cooperation with trading partners and suppliers

    • Your profile

  • You have completed further training as a technician (m / f / d) or master craftsman (m / f / d) in electrical engineering or a (technical) university degree as an engineer (m / f / d)
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in automation technology
  • You are characterized by your organizational talent and very good communication skills
  • You can remotely understand and empathize with demanding customer applications
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, MS Dynamics and Sharepoint would be an advantage
  • Fluency in German
  • Very good knowledge of English
