• support the entire People and Culture team with empathy and a strong sense of ownership focusing on our teams in the UK Ireland and the Netherlands : From onboarding and offboarding to contract creation and preparatory payroll tasks you keep everything running smoothly
• make sure our team members feel welcome and well-equipped from day one : You create a seamless and positive employee experience taking care of employment contracts and system access
• maintain a clear overview of our HR systems such as Personio Gastromatic & Co while ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date
• take care of contract changes references certificates birthdays anniversaries and all the details that show genuine appreciation for our people
• bring your organizational skills to onboarding sessions presentations and reporting both digital or on site
• act as a trusted authentic point of contact for team members in your area of responsibility always with an open ear and a hands-on mindset.
• support creative projects and hotel openings and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and workflows.
• step in for your team when needed and show true all-rounder qualities when it matters.
