These models replicate the patient-s tumor in-vitro to study mechanisms of drug resistance using advanced technologies, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and CRISPR-based genome editing. By integrating natural sciences and clinical expertise, the consortium aims to advance research towards innovative, personalized therapies for pancreatic cancer patients.
